I popped in for a very last minute appointment before a big event and was so thankful they got me in. The place was crowded on a Saturday (pre-COVID) and they had me sign in and wait on one of the chairs. I only had about thirty minutes to spare, so went for a basic nail polish and was in and out quickly. The staff seemed super organized and on top of things, as the place was running like a well-oiled machine. You can walk-in, but I'd recommend getting an appointment ahead of time so you don't have to wait!
